Spider-Man 4: Marvel Studios spill the beans over new movie with Tom Holland as Spider-Man

Marvel fans, Assemble! The good news are here and it has been confirmed by Marvel Studios Kevin Feige that Tom Holland is set to return for the fourth film of Spider-Man franchise.

Ever since Spider-Man: No Way Home released, the fans were desperate to learn if Tom will return to play the character of Peter Parker. It was revealed by Tom that he currently has no contract with the Studios to come back. It was also teased by producer Amy Pascal that another trilogy of Spider-Man movies with Tom was on cards but Sony never confirmed the news.

Now, Kevin Feige has come to clarify on every report. He stated that Tom will indeed return as Peter Parker and the fourth film of Spider-Man is currently being written.

It was asked to Kevin, in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, that if we will ever see Tom again as Spider-Man. The producer then confirmed that fourth film is on our way and Tom is on board with it. “All I will say is that we have the story. We have big ideas for that, and out writers are just putting pen to paper now.”

It is not yet confirmed if Andrew Garfield or Tobey Maguire will be a part of the upcoming film at all. However, both the actors have showed interest in playing Spider-Man again post the success of Spider-Man: No Way Home. Amy hinted that Miles Morales might join Peter Parker in season 4.

The confirmation from Kevin makes Tom the first Spider-Man to get a fourth movie.

Moving ahead, it seems that the film franchise will now explore the life of Peter post Aunt May, MJ, and Ned – and the rest of the world – no longer know who he is. Sony and Marvel is yet to confirm anything regarding the upcoming movie but the fans are already eager. Will out favourite trio reunite or were they always fated to separate? The questions shall be answered in the new movie.
