The Blacklist final season: Here’s everything you need to know about 10th and last season of crime thriller
One of the most beloved series The Blacklist has reached it end. The series will end after premiering its tenth and final season in February.
The Blacklist is officially ending as the series comes to an end after airing for a decade with hundreds of masterful James Spader monologues. The upcoming season of the series will the last season. We can assure that the last season won’t be any least as the protagonist Raymond Reddington returns to confront unparalleled danger.
The tenth season will feature Reddington losing his undercover status as the wanted criminals aka the blacklisters have learned about him being an informant of FBI. The blacklisters will unite against him and the FBI in the lethal desire for revenge. The new season will release this month on February 26, 2023 on NBC.
“After 10 years, hundreds of Blacklist cases, and more than 200 episodes produced, we’re honoured to reach out conclusion,” stated showrunned and executive producer John Eisendrath in a statement.
What to expect from The Blacklist Season 10?
According to NBC Insider, the finale of previous season has left many hints on what to expect in season tenth. After eliminating Liz Keen’s murderer, Red finally satiated his need for revenge. Unfortunately, no. 84 on the blacklist has escaped from prison and leaked the information to other blacklisted criminals that Red is an informant for FBI.
As for Red, his revenge is complete but the same can’t be said for other criminals he has put behind bars and his safety is now compromised.
Which cast members will return in The Blacklist Season 10?
The main actors of the series James Spader as Raymond Reddington, Diego Klattenhoff as Donald Ressleer, Anya Banerjee as Siya Malik, Hisham Tawfiq as Dembe Zuma and Harry Lenix as Harold Cooper will be reprising their roles.
As for the recurring cast members who will reprise their roles are as follows Chin Han as Wujing, Jonathan Holtzman as Chuck, and Teddy Coluca as Teddy Brimley. Additionally, Chris McKenna revealed that he will be joining the season tenth in an undisclosed role.
